The project features two dwellings constructed over a shared basement parking area, designed to accommodate two boutique houses with a total of 80 square meters above. Each single house spans approximately 760 square meters.

Full server system throughout the house integrating Araknis router, Araknis switches, and full Ubiquiti wifi network.
Heating and cooling, CCTV, security & access control, AV & pool control.
Installation & of Crestron Full Home Automation System including the integration of:
Lighting, Hydronic Heating controls, AC Cooler Master controls, Hikvision CCTV, Inception Security and access control system, Origins acoustic speakers with Denon amps with Sonos interface, Aqualink pool control, 2N intercom system and Full Home Cinema.
All of the above was integrating into the Crestron Home Automation system allowing all to be controlled through the one platform and single touch screens around the house.
