This project consists of a 5 bedroom house converted to a dermatology clinic situated on 1070m2 land in the heart of Kew.

Rear basement installed with parking for 14 cars including 2 car stackers. with an additional 2 storey extension on the back to increase it to a 15 room clinic. The entire extension is also built with a passive house idea in mind.
